Welcome to AFP - Wine Country Chapter   The Association of Fundraising Professionals Wine Country Chapter was created in 2004 and consists of more than 50 members working to educate non-profit professionals throughout Sonoma, Marin, Napa and Lake Counties.   Our vision statement is “enhancing philanthropy by inspiring and advancing professionalism in fundraising.”
